How much is shipping? Right now we are offering FREE SHIPPING on jewelry orders only to The U.S, Canada, The UK, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. Items will be shipped via USPS 1st class mail service. If you require a faster delivery service then please let us know in your checkout comments and we will supply you with your options and rates via email. Otherwise, all orders will be sent via USPS first class mail service. Please note that Free Shipping does NOT apply to our alphabet photography. International orders for our photography will be informed of exact charges after ordering. Customer will be asked to approve rate before sending.
How long does domestic shipping take? We use USPS mail services; Express mail or overnight service (overnight most locations), a Priority mail service (1-3 days), or a 1st class mail service (3-5 days).
Do you ship Internationally? Yes, we do. All jewelry orders going to Canada, The UK & Europe, Australia, and New Zealand will ship for free via USPS 1st class mail (around 10 days delivery). Please indicate if you require a faster shipping service and we will email you your options and rates. All other international orders will vary according to the destination country and the weight of the package.
The process is simple. Just go ahead and make your online order and complete the checkout process. We will then put your order together and email you with your shipping options.
The shipping fees will vary according to how quickly you want it delivered and how big the package is.
If you want a quicker service, with insurance and tracking, the rates increase. For example, a priority service takes 6-10 days and will cost from $11.45, a 3-5 day service from $26.95, and a 1-3 day service from $33.95

Can I view the Alphabet Photography letters in sequence before I purchase? Yes, just email us with the letters you would like to see and we'll be more than happy to email you some samples (also with some of our choices as alternatives). This way you can see which set of letters work best together.
Can I get a special date added to one of the Alphabet Photography letters? Yes, just email us with you request and we'll add this free of charge!
Do you make the prints larger than a 5 X 7? Yes, if you have specific requests please feel free to email us and we will do our best to help. For example, we can print 8 X 10 and 11 X 14 sizes.
Do you have a store? We do not have a physical store that you can visit. We have this online store and we do attend several trade shows and festivals that you can see us at. Please feel free to email us and ask if we will be in your area.
What is sterling silver? Pure silver is too soft to make objects out of. So a base metal, like copper, is used with the silver to form sterling silver. Sterling silver is composed of 92.5% silver and 7.5% alloy metal (usually copper).
Is your jewelry sterling silver? Yes, a clear indication that an item is made from sterling silver is a stamp or hallmark in the silver. Our sterling silver is stamped with 925 which denotes it's quality and silver purity.
Does sterling silver tarnish? Yes, it is a natural process in the air that tarnishes the silver.
It will happen over time and begins with a slight gold coloration. This develops into a dull, black look if the silver is left out for long periods.
However, there is a quick fix! To get your sterling silver jewelry looking like new again we use a sterling silver polishing cloth. A quick rub with this simply wipes off the tarnish and polishes up the silver to reveal it's natural beauty again.

Can I return it? Yes, if for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we do offer a 14 day returns policy.

Are there any special care instructions for the shell inlay? Anything with an inlay like shell or turquoise we do suggest NOT using a silver cleaning solution. This can disturb the inlay and wear away at the shell/stone.
You can wash or shower while you wear the jewelry but we would recommend taking the item off if you want it to retain it's high polished look.

I saw a particular item at a show that I liked but I don't see it on the web site... Just email us and try to describe the jewelry item as best you can. We will then send you some pics based on your description to see if you can identify it! Don't worry, we will do our best to help you if you had your heart set on something.
What we do suggest though is to go ahead and purchase it at the show because in some instances it is possible that it will be out of stock when you do contact us.
How big are the chokers that you sell on the web site? We do offer a variety of chains and chokers to purchase with every pendant.
The chokers are pretty much one size. I would say that they are similar to a 16" chain. If you think this will be too small then we do offer an 18" Omega chain option with the larger pieces.
We also offer a 16", 18", and 20" sterling silver snake chain option (this is a much thinner chain, 1.2 mm width and is more suitable for the small to medium sized pendants.
Do you have coupon codes for your web site? Yes, we do run several offers (free shipping, discount codes etc.) periodically.
